Tugas 4 : A SOLUTION FOR TKI PROBLEM

Jakarta – Vice President Jusuf Kalla (JK) said that the cause of many Indonesian workers (TKI) who look for job in other countries is due to the lack of industrial and agricultural sector’s growth in our country. He also added that if the sector is growing, it can create jobs vacancy and absorb a lot of labor in Indonesia.
“Many migrant workers (Labor Women) seeking work abroad because of lack of our agriculture and industry. In fact, 1 hectare (ha) of agriculture can give job for 5 people maximum, while 1 hectare of industry can absorb 100 labor,” he said in Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, Thursday (29/01/2015).
Therefore, agriculture and industry sector are a very important. In addition to making a lot of jobs vacancy, both these sectors could also stimulate economic growth.
However, to develop these sectors need the availability of infrastructure and sufficient capital. That is what is being built by the government now. “We need Infrastructure and capital to develop both these sectors.” he said. (Amd/Nrm)

In My Opinion :
I agree with the opinion of Vice President Mr. Jusuf Kalla about the cause of migrant workers (TKI) who are looking for job in other countries. The Indonesian industry sector and the agricultural sector to be developed again, in order to open up jobs and created a lot of work so that it doesn't find work aboard. To that end the goverment must quickly build and develop both the sector and it takes the infrastructure and capital is enough.

Tugas 3 : GOLD INVESTMENT

Investment is a business that can be profitable. There are so many kinds of investments such as capital investment, property and precious metals investment. From these types of investment, gold investment is an investment which is the safest because it can avoid risks such as reduced prices, bankruptcy and others. There are several kinds of gold investments which can be done namely bar-gold investment, dinar gold investment and jewelry gold investment. Before you invest in gold, you have to understand the advantages and disadvantages of those gold investments. The following is characteristic of gold investment.
1. Bar-gold investment
Bar-gold is pure gold which is bar-shaped and has some kind of value based on their size such as 10 grams, 2 grams of even 1 kilo gram. Investing in bar-gold has some advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are bar-gold is not taxable, fee print free and the resale value is quite high. However, the drawbacks are bar-gold is difficult to be sold because of its size. If we have 10 grams of gold, we cannot sell it separately for example 5 or 7 grams but we must sell as a whole.
2. Dinar gold investment
Dinar gold is a coin-shaped gold. Investing in dinar gold would be beneficial for us. The advantages are dinar gold dinar could be divided so that we can sell according to our needs, for example if we have 100 dinars, we can sell 10 dinars while the rest can be stored back, and the value is always rise because it follows developments in world gold prices. However, dinar gold also has its drawbacks. The disadvantages are dinar gold is still considered as jewelry in Indonesia so that it will be taxable and the printing costs are also quite expensive.
3. Jewelry gold
Surely you already known jewelry gold such as rings, necklaces and earrings. The advantage of investing in gold jewelry is it can be used as personal purposes. However, investing in gold jewelry also has drawbacks such as the production cost is high, taxable and difficult to trade.
Are you interested to invest in gold? If so choose and understand the type of gold you want to invest. Certainly investing in gold is very beneficial if it is compared with other types of investment.

In My Opinion :
In addition to invest the house, it's good we are investing in gold. Because, gold has selling points that are high, less risk and a long - term investment. However, it's good to us first to understand the kind of gold where are we gonna choose to invest.
The articel in the top have described as kind of and the characteristic of investment gold among other things : Bar - Gold Investment, Dinar - Gold Investment and Jewelry Gold.  So choose the type of investment gold which are suitable to you? And make sure if investing in gold is very profitable than investment the type of the other.

Materi 10 : PASSIVE VOICE & CAUSATIVE HAVE

Passive Voice

Rumus Passive Voice
S + auxiliaries verb + past participle

Catatan:
a.       Auxiliary verb dapat berupa primary auxiliary verb be (is, are, am, was, were, be, been, being), kombinasi antara dua primary (is/are being, was/were being, has/have been) atau antara primary dan modal auxiliary verb (will be, will have been).
b.      Past participle yang digunakan berupa kata kerja transitive.
Contoh:
She can’t drive a car. (active voice, transitive), He always come on time. (active voice, intransitive)
c.       Perubahan bentuk dari base form ke past tense dan past participle secara regular atau irregular.
Contoh:
play (base form) —> played (past participle), sing (base form) —> sung (past participle).

Pattern    :  is/am/are + past participle.
Example : Potatoes, black beans and chesnuts are rarely consumed raw.

* Present continuous tense
Pattern    : is/am/are + being + present participle
Example : Fio is being served by one of the waitress now.

* Gerund
Pattern    : being + past participle
Example : The new member enjoys being received into our support group.

* Simple future tense
Pattern    : will + be + past participle
Example : You will be contacted if you meet the minimum requirements for this job.

* Present perfect tense
Pattern    : has/have + been + present participle
Example : Nothing has been stolen except his credit card.

*Simple past tense
Pattern    : was/were + past participle
Example :
-The buildings were made of marble and granite.
-A negative anonymous letter was left on my car this morning.
- The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia was written by the Committee for Examination of Indonesian Independence and the Preparatory Committee for Indonesian Independence.

*Infinitive
Pattern   : (to) be + past participle
Example : I want to know why a woman prefers to be managed by a man.

Causative Verb

Causative verb adalah kata kerja yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan bahwa subject tidak bertanggungjawab langsung terhadap aksi yang terjadi melainkan seseorang atau sesuatu yang lain yang melakukan aksi tersebut.
